Job Roles and Responsibilities

• Under the direction of the Content Strategy Team, produce text that is user-friendly, SEO-friendly, and accessible.
• Perform an inventory, audit, and refinement of existing content collateral.
• Ensure the accuracy of completed designs and make any necessary changes to the text.

Eligibility Criteria

• At least three years working in an agency.
• A solid portfolio that demonstrates an approach to content creation that is driven by solutions.
• Exhibited proficiency in writing for SEO and accessibility.
• A background in user experience writing would be advantageous, but not necessary.
• The capacity to complete multiple projects at once with short deadlines.
