Job Responsibilities and Overview:

• Choosing the right items for an order from the available stock.
• Transport goods by loading and unloading them from delivery vehicles, pallets, and so on.
• Making sure the right amount of the right kind of merchandise is loaded and sent by pulling and preparing product for shipping.
• Carry out picking and packing tasks in a timely and accurate manner, maintaining high levels of customer care throughout.
• Use RF terminals in operations for tasks like picking, quality control, inventory management, shipping, etc.
• Sort products to their correct locations by scanning their barcodes, reading their labels and charts, and double-checking their serial numbers.
• Keep everything in the building looking neat and in order at all times.
• Maintain accurate reports and ledgers to ensure an up-to-date stock.
• Take part in regular count cycles and physical inventory checks.
• Inspect and tally the goods for waste, damage, and pests.
• Learn what other departments in the warehouse do and how they do it in case you need to.
• Label, sort, wrap, pack, and repack items as required.
• Working with warehousing and computer equipment is a possibility.
• Working safely and effectively is a must.
• Carry out other responsibilities as needed.

Qualification/ About the Applicant

• Experience working in a warehouse setting is preferred but not required.
• Knowledge of Radio Frequency (RF) and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) is a plus.
• Sensitivity to time constraints while maintaining a high degree of flexibility.
• Excellent focus on quality and accuracy.
• Superb abilities in both spoken and written expression.
• Emphasis on satisfying customers.
• Consistently demonstrates strength as a teammate.
• Compliance with established norms and regulations.
• Capable of walking/standing for up to 10 hours daily.
• Occasionally crawling, squatting, climbing, twisting, bending, stooping, pushing, or pulling.
• Must have good eyesight, including near, far, and color vision, as well as depth awareness and the capacity to focus.
• Capable of lifting and carrying no more than fifty pounds.
