Qualification/ About the Applicant

• Impress the patient in a way that will stay with them long after they’ve left your care.
• The optimizer of the appointment schedule is the person who works to fill each available minute of the day.
• Handle cheerfully all calls from patients inquiring about appointments, confirmations, and changes.
• Handle patient cancellations and overcome resistance to ensure they show up for their scheduled appointment.
• Take payment from patients immediately after their appointments, submit insurance claims, and politely address any questions patients may have about their bills.
• Maintain an up-to-date and efficient patient database and recall system.
• Handle all patient correspondence immediately upon receipt from the provider, including referral letters.
• Maintain and organize patient files
• Communicate effectively with patients, displaying attentive listening and compassion.
• A minimum of one year’s experience managing people and projects is required.
• Knowledge about Dental Application Programs
