Job Responsibilities and Overview:

• Maintain a high level of sanitation by carefully inspecting and caring for all dishware, silverware, and cooking utensils.
• Keep the kitchen and any other assigned areas clean and sanitary.
• Trash should  collected and disposed of from all catering areas.
• Make sure everything that’s broken or chipped is put away and counted.
• Any issues, such as broken appliances, should be reported to the F&B management team.
• Hand wash or run through a commercial dishwasher all dishes, glasses, silverware, buffet equipment, and cooking utensils.
