Job Responsibilities and Overview:

• Collects shopping carts from the cart corrals, parking lot, and store perimeter, puts them in a secure storage area, and fills out the required paperwork to help customers.
• Provides speedy service at all registers, helping customers with carryouts and dine-ins while ensuring their safety and checking their receipts to ensure they are accurate.
• Third, they always do what they’re told to do when it comes to cleaning and maintaining the restrooms, using chemicals, and completing inspection reports before using any power tools or machinery.
• Complies with all safety and emergency protocols, including those pertaining to hazardous materials, lockout/tagout, and blood-borne diseases.
• Keeps a Customer Service Desk Cart Retrieval Log.
• Adheres to Company policies and procedures to ensure a safe, clean, and hazard-free workplace.
• Wears steel-toed shoes and a fluorescent vest during cart pickup to increase visibility and promote safety.
• Performs safety sweeps when necessary.
