Job Responsibilities and Overview:

• Limit who can enter the building, especially vulnerable sections.
• Keep tabs on key distribution and alarm system controls.
• Reporting, investigating, and keeping a daily journal.
• If necessary, administer first aid or seek medical attention.
• Exemplary track record of caring for customers.
• Attention to and mastery of detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Certified in First Aid and CPR is a must.
• Capacity to get licensed by the Gambling Policy and Enforcement Division.
• Sensitive to others’ feelings and quick to offer help.
• Valid reasoning.
• competency in using computers.
• Gain from the opportunity to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Possess a valid security license issued by the British Columbia government, or show proof of having
• passed the required Gaming Security Officer (GSO) course and exam.
• Serving It Right must be finished before employment may begin.
• Capacity for extended periods of standing and walking.
• Ability to read social cues and spot individual faces
