Job Responsibilities and Overview:

• Achieve a pleasant client experience through rapid, friendly, and accurate service while maintaining an upbeat, customer-focused attitude.
• respectful and accommodating of coworkers’ needs
• Floors should swept and mopped on nights when no cleaning services planned.
• Produce, Market, and Deli Departments cleaned once every week.
• The mop closet needs some TLC.
• Explore alternate approaches to the same task in an effort to save money and boost output per worker.
• Food Lion’s daily quality assurance checklist and hygiene requirements must followed.
• Learn about and adhere to policies and procedures for food and workplace safety.
• Keep an eye out for and fix anything that could put your employees or customers in danger.
• All mishaps, both employee and customer, must reported to the Manager on Duty in compliance with Food Lion policy.
• Make sure you’re following all applicable rules and laws
• While on the clock, employees expected to dress professionally, wearing the Food Lion uniform and displaying their name badge.
• Complete all required training courses using CBT, training packets, and training aids
• Carry out any additional tasks given to you.

Qualification/ About the Applicant

• Those with a secondary school diploma or higher favored.
• Possessing and demonstrating exceptional interpersonal, organisational, communicative, and
• customer service skills Ability to learn and adapt to new responsibilities and technical requirements on the job
