Job Responsibilities and Overview:

• You’ll be expected to do a wide variety of menial activities, from running assembly equipment to following procedures at molding machines.
• Needed to occasionally raise 35-pound loads.
• The ability to read and follow directions is a must for this position.
• Required to keep detailed records of output.
• Employees obligated to adhere to all corporate safety and operational procedures.
• Capable of molding products as specified and stacking/packing diverse assemblies.
• Must keep an eye on machinery around the clock and report any issues with operation or quality to a supervisor immediately.
• Maintain 5S standards inside designated work cell machine spaces.
• New operators can trained as needed.
• Various other tasks as required.
• Managers and supervisors are liable for the work of their teams, including its effects on factors like security and safety.
