As the Catering Chef De Cuisine at Google New York, you’ll be responsible for setting the standard for culinary excellence across the organization, owning key initiatives, and contributing to the overall strategic direction of the Catering at Google program. This requires conformity with the client’s values and norms, as well as with the rules and regulations of relevant health authorities and RA/Google specifications. The Catering Chef De Cuisine is responsible for overseeing, implementing, and supporting the Catering program on a local level, as well as providing high-level culinary experience, innovation, and project assistance to the local team. They will help establish guidelines for back-of-the-house operations, quality assurance, culinary education, and catering creativity.
