• USD 10-20 per hour

Job Responsibilities and Overview:

• Keep the kitchen and restrooms spotless.
• Every day, you should sweep and damp mop the floors.
• Make sure any accidents during your shift are cleaned up.
• Remove any trash from the premises, both inside and out.
• Plan regular stock-changing and cleaning of the milk aisle.
• Glass dairy and frozen food doors should be cleaned on a regular basis.
• Use the proper tools to sweep the parking lot.
• Repair furniture and appliances as needed.
• Clear snow and salt walkways as necessary.
• Always follow the rules and regulations set forth by the company.
• Keep up with the company’s safety, fire, and security protocols.
• Keep up a rate of output that meets or exceeds expectations.
• Be fair and considerate to everyone on the job.
• Send a message if there are any maintenance or repairs that require doing.
• Keep up a high standard of performance in all of your designated roles and responsibilities.
• Take on any additional responsibilities that arise.

Qualification/ About the Applicant

• Ability to work well with others, communicate effectively, and enjoy contributing to a team setting are all essential.
• Proven aptitude for and eagerness to learn new skills and responsibilities.
• There is a required minimum age.
• Time commitments must be flexible.
• Constantly be on your feet and walking.
• The constant need to bend over and/or lift heavy objects (mops, messes)
• Frequent need to get on hands and knees or squat down.
• Capability to work with various cleaning agents.
• Carry up to 40 pounds up to half the time.
• Regularly carry or yank 40-pound loads
• Keep the inside and outside of the store and property in pristine shape.
• Keep all necessary tools and surfaces clean and in good working order.
• Ability to perform essential job functions, with or without reasonable accommodations, is required.
