Salary for Production Helper job:

• CAD 20-25 per hour

Job Responsibilities and Overview:

• Be able to work a continental schedule of 12-hour shifts, alternating between days and nights.
• Learn more senior positions within the department and fill in for absences while working 40-42 hours per week at $33.03/hour
• Promote to higher-level positions as you gain experience.
• Insurance (medical, dental, vision, disability (short and long term), and life (both traditional and accidental.

Qualification/ About the Applicant

• Working in this capacity involves physical exertion, prolonged periods of standing, and potential exposure to the elements.
• Working knowledge of production environments and mobile machinery
• Possessing the skills necessary to operate an overhead crane is a plus.
• Teamwork skills and a high school graduation (or equivalent) are required.
• Exceptional verbal and numeric skills, a keen eye for detail, and a hard work ethic characterize this individual.
