Salary for Part-time Janitor (Trail) job :

• CAD 20-30 per hour

Job Responsibilities and Overview:

• Sweep and mop floors
• Vacuum carpets
• Taking out the garbage
• Cleaning the restrooms and any other locations with a lot of foot traffic
• Clearing snow in the winter and performing landscaping work in the summer
• General cleaning in accordance with the assignment
• Attend to the needs of the customers and the renters.

Qualification/ About the Applicant

• It is required that you have the capacity to operate snow removal equipment as well as commercial cleaning equipment.
• You will be required to deal with cleaning chemicals, and instructions will be provided.
• Walking or standing for long stretches of time Requires a person who is bouncy, adaptable, and dependable.
• Must have a positive attitude, be polite, be self-motivated, and have a professional demeanor.
• Capability to work independently Capability to perform many tasks at once
