Job Responsibilities and Overview:

• Facilitating the orderly and secure navigation of automobiles to vacant parking spots.
• selling parking permits and taking payments from drivers.
• Keeping detailed records of all parkers and money collected.
• Maintaining vigilance over parking lots and notifying the proper authorities of any suspicious or illegal activity.
• Information on the area, its services, and parking is provided to clients.
• Keeping parking lots clean and in working order is a regular responsibility.
• Keeping order in parking lots.

Qualification/ About the Applicant

• At least a high school diploma is required.
• Ability to communicate and interact effectively with others.
• Capacity to think and reason mathematically.
• able to stand for lengthy periods of time, climb stairs, lift and carry up to 50 pounds, and in general good physical health.
• Parking management experience or a similar background is a plus.
