We produce medical marijuana for patients in Bismarck. Help us get cannabis ready for distribution to multiple dispensaries in this full-time role on our Packaging team. Assisting with the general packaging of all cannabis products, Packaging Techs are responsible for handling and processing dried plant material. The most important duty is to check that every item is accurately weighed and boxed before it is sent out for sale. The Packaging Tech works with a team to make sure our high-quality goods make it to the stores.

Job Responsibilities and Overview:

• Prepare cannabis items for sale by precisely measuring, counting, sealing, packaging, and labeling them. Products containing marijuana include but not limited to, flower in bulk, pre-rolled joints, cartridges, extracts, and edibles.
• Getting ready to ship by packing and organizing orders. Checking to see that the necessary labels affixed to the right containers and goods.
• Labeling must be done correctly to meet regulations.
• Keep the processing space spotless and sterile at all times.
• Fosters an environment that is productive, friendly to customers, and in line with all applicable laws, rules, and company guidelines.

Qualification/ About the Applicant

• High levels of accuracy in counting and measuring are essential, as is the ability to spot issues with quality.
• Capacity to maintain high quality and efficiency while working at a boring task for eight hours straight.
• Ensure uniformity in massive production runs.
• Proven familiarity with both the Imperial and the Metric systems of measurement.
• Superior capacity for introspection and problem solutions.
• Flexibility and the ability to quickly adjust to new circumstances are essential in today’s workplace.
• The ability to use Microsoft Office, specifically Word and Excel, is necessary.
• Punctuality and regular reliability in attendance are expected.
