Operator Filling Plant job in Canada. Are you looking for a position as a Supervisor job in Canada? AIR LIQUIDE offers CAD 15-25 hourly for the Operator Filling Plant position. There is a permanent opening for a filling plant operator at Air Liquide. The ideal candidate will be in charge of handling industrial gas cylinders, including filling and transporting them. In some cases, the candidate may also be in charge of medical gas filling and quality control in accordance with GMP standards. Maintaining compliance with Air Liquides’ safety standards while filling and handling high-pressure cylinders.

Salary for Operator Filling Plant job:

• CAD 15-25 per hour

Job Responsibilities and Overview:

• Making ready the cylinders to be filled with gas
• High-pressure cylinder filling and handling in accordance with Air Liquides’ safety standards
• Controlling quality and security is your responsibility.
• Management and participation in the process continuously
• Get the filling apparatus ready, check it out, put it up, keep an eye on it, and run it
• Discuss cylinder issues with the service department and upper management.
• Follow all established safety procedures.
• Maintain a clean and orderly workspace in accordance with policy.
• Uphold and enhance productiveness norms via collaborative efforts
• Make high-quality goods in the allotted period.
• Conduct a quality control check to ensure correct labeling, coding, and fill weights.
• Clean the storage tanks like you mean it.
• Capable of filling in as needed and performing related duties
• Having the ability to move cylinders by lifting and/or rolling them
• Using forklifts and other machinery for material handling.
• Cylinder transport following TDG guidelines
• Loading and unloading trucks and putting together pallets.

Qualification/ About the Applicant

• 1-2 years’ worth of work history in an industrial setting
• When relevant, GMP and medical filling qualifications are required.
• Obtaining one’s GED
• Being familiar with compressed gases is helpful.
• Competence in both vocal and written expression
• Competence in operating a forklift is a plus.
• Working hours must be flexible. The schedule must include afternoons and/or evenings
