Job Responsibilities and Overview:

• Keeps the work area clean and tells the Manufacturing Supervisor about any safety risks.
• Takes part in safety programs and projects all over the plant.
• GMP standards and all quality standards are known and followed.
• Works well and gets along with supervisors and other workers.
• Sets up, fixes bugs, makes adjustments, and runs tools within certain limits.
• Changes out pieces of tools.
• Checks the quality of all activities based on what the operational specifications say.
• Has a good understanding of the current method for reporting production and how it affects all positions.
• Assigned, does simple preventive maintenance on equipment.
• Keeps track of and deals with supplies as needed.
• Participates actively in tasks for continuous improvement, such as BD Production System (BDPS).
• Does other job-related tasks as needed or given.

Qualification/ About the Applicant

• at least 18 years old.
• English reading, writing, speaking, and understanding.
• Diploma from high school or GED.
• 1 year of experience making things.
• Depending on the equipment and the job, the following could be among the requirements:
• Light Work (Level 2): Using up to 20 pounds of force sometimes, 10 pounds of force often, or nothing at all the time.
• Walking, standing up a lot, or sitting down all the time and pushing or pulling buttons.
• Medium Work (Level 3): Sometimes moving 20 to 50 pounds, often moving 10 to 25 pounds, or always moving up to 10 pounds.
• There are more physical standards than there are for Light Work.
