Salary Operations Assistant job:

• USD 15-25 per hour

Job Responsibilities and Overview:

• To aid the Operations manager in building a strong team and to coordinate with all levels of personnel to guarantee a streamlined process and high-quality output.
• Adhere to the policies and procedures set forth by upper management.
• Inspects, processes, and stores incoming goods
• Performs duties associated with receiving returns, including inventory counts, quality checks, and paperwork completion.
• Distribute the warehouse’s stock to delivery drivers in proportion to their available time.
• To manage warehouse operations, including warehouse staff and/or third-party service providers, to ensure compliance with the quality manual
• In addition to other responsibilities, this position requires effective team communication.

Qualification/ About the Applicant

• A background in a warehouse or a logistics operation
• Capacity to organize and implement sophisticated process thinking within one’s sphere of responsibility
• and strong interpersonal and communicative abilities, especially the ability to mediate conflicts and lead groups of individuals
• Competence in leading a team of drivers and inspiring them to consistently meet or exceed expectations.
• Speaking Mandarin is a plus.
