Night Security Guards wanted in London for a residential complex run by Homestead.

Salary for Night Attendant job:

• CAD 15-25 per hour

Job Responsibilities and Overview:

• Locate and report potential dangers
• Maintenance cleaning of shared spaces
• Modest servicing and troubleshooting (gas and electricity).
• Help renters right away if possible, or let them know when their issue will be addressed by the day staff. Respond to phone calls in a pleasant and professional manner.
• Act in times of crisis
• Handle difficulties effectively by thinking ahead, taking precautions, and finding workable solutions
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by management

Qualification/ About the Applicant

• Experience in Upkeep and/or Cleaning is a plus Valid Driver’s License in the Province of Ontario
• Initiatives for Safer Vehicles Team Members Able to Adapt
• Helping Out Customers
• Reliability
• Keeping a positive attitude under duress
