He also prepares and runs a production machine according to prescribed protocols and norms. Selects, places, and secures equipment based on reading and understanding work orders and schematics.

The Machine Operator is responsible for operating the Asphalt Line, Membrane Lamination Line, Glue Line, Band saws and Table saws under the direction of the Production Manager. To ensure that quality standards are met, he will also be responsible for checking items and making any necessary modifications.

Job responsibilities and duties:
