Job responsibilities and duties:

As a worker, you will have to do and be responsible for the following:

• Cleaning the floors and shelves of a store
  Maintaining a spotless break room and restroom for personnel and clients
• Provide warm, knowledgeable service to consumers as you warmly welcome and thank them for their business.
• Helps customers find the products they need.
• Finds items where they are stored.
• Responds to inquiries and offer helpful suggestions and services to clients.
• Use your keen ear for your customers’ wants and needs to make intelligent product recommendations.
• Provides prompt, helpful service to customers over the phone and in person in response to their questions, comments, and complaints.
• Regularly updates their product knowledge.
• Maintains awareness of current sales, discounts, and product placements throughout the store.
• Maintains high standards of efficiency when doing fundamentals of retail.
• Find items running low and keep an accurate supply.
• Takes part in learning activities and carefully considers criticism in order to grow as a person.
