The Lift Operator is responsible for the safe and effective functioning of the Ski Hill lifts, as well as the patrons who utilize them. They spend their days assisting customers of varying ability levels in loading and unloading their belongings on elevators, regardless of the weather. Because of the amount of time that is spent interacting with customers, being a lift operator is an extremely important part of our company’s overall functioning.

Job responsibilities and overview:

As a worker, you will have to do and be responsible for the following:

• Deliver outstanding service to the customers, and do your best to leave them with pleasant impressions.
• Ensure that the designated lift is operated in a secure and effective manner.
• As needed, provide guests with any necessary physical help.
• Keep all operational features of the designated lifts, including ramps, mazes, and signage, in good condition.
• At the conclusion of the day, assist with the hill sweep.
• Cooperate with others and be willing to take on more responsibilities as needed Have a basic understanding of the sport
• Radio communication abilities in both directions
• Exceptional talents in personnel management and public relations, as well as a genuine enthusiasm for serving customers.
• Maturity, vigor, dependability, and a drive to succeed on one’s own
• Capable of reasoning and reacting quickly with careful judgment while maintaining composure under pressure.
• competent to carry out tasks requiring physical or manual labor
• Takes pleasure in working outside in any and all kinds of weather
