• USD 15-25 per hour

Job Responsibilities and Overview:

• Retrieving clean cutlery, plates, and glasses from dishwashing facilities and polishing them may
• include using a dishwasher, washing by hand, or a combination of the two.
• Garbage cans should be cleaned using water or steam.
• Keep all cooking spaces, appliances, and utensils neat and tidy.
• Sort and remove the trash, placing it in specified pickup locations; put away clean dishes, utensils, and
• cooking equipment; and maintain everything in its place.
• If the chef asks, you should wash and prepare a variety of ingredients.
• Clean the kitchen floors by sweeping and mopping.
• To get the best shine, use the appropriate polishing cloth for the material you’re working with.
• Mark damaged tableware to prevent it from being used again and check for chipping and discolouration on all dishes and glasses.
• If there is a scarcity of any dishes, glasses, or utensils, please inform the chef or the manager of the relevant department.
• Sanitises equipment and workspace
• Capable of taking on additional responsibilities as needed by the Head Chef or Department Manager
