Job Roles and Responsibilities

• Ensures that courses adhere to client and partner standards and manages the curriculum development process for new and revised courses and learning experiences.
• Creates and supports online learning environments selected by partners or clients.
• Consults with partners, clients, and/or subject matter experts about instructional design;

Eligibility Criteria

• The prerequisite is a bachelor’s degree in education, instructional design, curriculum, or educational technology;
• The preferred degree is a master’s.
• At least three years of instructional design experience, including the ability to create authentic assessments and generative learning experiences. It is preferable to have educational experience.
• Understanding of adult learning concepts like Understanding by Design, constructivism, facilitation, and activities that focus on the learner.
