The Industrial Cleaner is responsible for maintaining a clean and orderly work area under the supervision of the foreman. The work schedule is Monday through Friday, 8 hours each day. • CAD 20-30 per hour

Job Responsibilities and Overview:

• Restrooms, break rooms, and workplaces should all be spotless.
• Floors must be swept, vacuumed, and mopped.
• Remove waste and recycle bins.
• React to calls for trash pickup as required.
• Perform all tasks in a safe, responsible manner so as to avoid harming oneself or others.
• Various other tasks as required.
• Experience working as a custodian, janitor, or housekeeper is preferred.
• Legal Class 5 (non-GDL) status. Driving Permit
• Upbeat demeanor and a determined work ethic.
• Competent in working both independently and collaboratively.
• Exhibit meticulous care for detail.
• Dedicated to minimizing risks while maximizing productivity.
• Steel-toed, 6-inch-heel boots that meet CSA standards.
• All prospective employees must first complete orientation.
