Job Roles and Responsibilities

• Have to do the tasks related to the job.
• For the best performance metrics, carry out all system configurations, designs, modifications, analyses, tests, documentation, reports, data management, process development and enhancements, and parallel runs.
• To identify key organizational priorities, and solutions, and make recommendations, it is necessary to comprehend stakeholder requests for the overall strategy, as well as technical capabilities and limitations.

Eligibility Criteria

• A minimum of four years experience in the unionized healthcare industry in system implementation and scheduling.
• Knowledge of data mining, formulas, pivot tables, and macros, as well as advanced proficiency in Access and Excel from Microsoft.
• It is necessary to be able to comprehend the internal policies, procedures, collective agreements, and modules of the HRIS system.
