Housekeeping and linen room attendants at CFMWS are responsible for maintaining a high standard of cleanliness for a very specific group of customers: members of the Canadian Armed Forces. You will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the rooms as well as the common areas by performing tasks such as dusting, emptying trash cans, vacuuming, and changing the bedding and towels.

Job responsibilities and duties:

As a worker, you will have to do and be responsible for the following:

• You will be part of a collaborative workplace in which all team members offer help to one another. The process of cleaning has been made significantly more effective with the development of both streamlined organizational procedures and specialized instruments. You won’t have to wait for soiled linens to be collected up or clean linen to be made available because supervisor support is always available, and coordination with the maintenance crew means you won’t have to wait for clean linen either.
• This will allow you to finish cleaning the room more quickly.
