Job Responsibilities and Overview:

• Engaging in small talk with customers as they place orders
• Providing guidance on how to use the ordering machines
• Helping out individuals who could use some extra support
• Making sure they are satisfied with their meal and asking if they need anything else
• Making sure kids get a treat Addressing any worries
• Sharing thoughts and suggestions with the dining establishment’s staff
