It is the responsibility of the General Hand, who reports to the Long Sault Shift Supervisor, to ensure that the quality of the material that is produced is maintained and to carry out any necessary testing.

Job Responsibilities and Overview:

• Effective cooperation and teamwork are essential.
• Take finished Sheet products from the end of the production line (lifting or pulling weights of up to 93 pounds each).
• Take readings of the produced product’s width, length, and diagonal. Inspect the product visually for any signs of quality issues.
• Place the finished goods in the center of the skids and racks.
• The masking position should be assumed and held.
• Taping the edges Remove the trim; set the items on racks and mark them.
• Inform the driver of the forklift of any masking needs, rack requirements, or skid requirements.
• When necessary, adjust the width setting on your trim knives.
• Maintain a clean working environment.

• Stick on some ID stickers.
• Carry out any additional responsibilities that connected to the job, as directed by the Supervisor.
• Operate/Troubleshoot Cutters for trimming and material for trimming stock

• Put the granulated waste from the lines into the hoppers and boxes.
• The successful candidates for these roles, which are hourly and non-exempt, will be required to work rotating shifts, either 8-hour continental shifts on a 5-day cycle or 12-hour continental shifts on a 7-day cycle. Both shifts will occur on a continental time zone.

Qualification/ About the Applicant

• Possess a high school diploma or its equivalent, be legally able to work in Canada,
