Job Responsibilities and Overview:

• Achieve a pleasant client experience through rapid, friendly, and accurate service while maintaining an upbeat, customer-focused attitude.
• respectful and accommodating of coworkers’ needs
• Learn how to use the organization’s resources, such as the ACIS and the CAO.
• Accept packages, inspect, sort, and store in the correct location
• Make sure everything from product ordering and receipt to storage and presentation follows company protocol.
• Keep the meat, lunchmeat, frozen, dairy, and ice cream sections, as well as the rest of the Perishable
• Department, stocked with the appropriate quantities at all times.
• Prepare ground beef and beef jerky in accordance with the specifications of the manufacturing tool and customer demand.
• Prepare orders by wrapping, labelling, weighing, and stocking the meat case.
• Maintain the grinder by putting it together, taking it apart, and cleaning it as directed.
• Maintain a clean and sanitary workplace.
• Keeps up with norms for variety and presentation
• Make that the advertising and sales promotion tools available to your division being used effectively.
• Always be aware of and compliant with all of the company’s rules and regulations.
• Learn about and adhere to policies and procedures for food and workplace safety.
• Keep an eye out for and fix anything that could put your employees or customers in danger.
• All mishaps, both employee and customer, must reported to the Manager on Duty in compliance with Food Lion policy.
• Make sure you’re following all applicable rules and laws
• While on the clock, employees are expected to wear the prescribed Food Lion uniform and display their name badges prominently.
• Complete all required training courses using CBT, training packets, and training aids
• Carry out any additional tasks given to you.

Qualification/ About the Applicant

• Those with a secondary school diploma or higher are favoured.
• Possessing and demonstrating exceptional interpersonal, organisational, communicative, and
• customer service skills Ability to learn and adapt to new responsibilities and technical requirements on the job
