Job Roles and Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to our customers and resolve problems.
• Audits, upgrades, and retrofits of existing equipment are all examples of maintenance.
• Installation on-site for setting up new equipment.
• Understanding of all equipment-related procedures, products, and practices.
• Remote diagnosis and troubleshooting.

Eligibility Criteria

• Education in Secondary Schools:
• A two-year technical degree is preferred.
• A solid background of at least three years in a field service position that involved equipment installation.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; working knowledge of PLCs, particularly Allen-Bradley.
• You must be driven, able to finish work on time and work well under pressure.
