Job Responsibilities and Overview:

• Deliver exceptional, personable service to your clients.
• Maintain conformity with all applicable laws, regulations, and company directives.
• Quickly clean up any accidents or broken items.
• Always look your best and follow the company’s guidelines for proper grooming and dressing.
• Contribute to unique initiatives and carry out additional duties as directed.
• Maintain output by adhering to the MPA protocols established by our organization.
• All corporate safety policies should be supported and followed. Report any equipment that needs fixing or maintenance.
• Reduce wasteful spending on things like store ribbons, receipt tape, bags, labels, and cleaners.
• Perform floor sweeping and other cleaning tasks as needed while the business is open. Any pricing inconsistencies and/or items that are “not on file” at the electronic point-of-sale terminal must be documented on the appropriate forms, and immediate price checks must be requested in accordance with business policy.
• Any suspicious behavior should be reported to the manager or security.
• Carry out any additional tasks that may be given.

Qualification/ About the Applicant

• Good communication skills
• A readiness to learn new skills.
• Proven skill in the specific tasks of the position.
• Hourly wages start at $15.00 and go up to $19.65.

Physical Requirements:

• Stand for most of your shift and perform repetitive hand/arm motions.
• Constant, delicate pinching and grabbing motions while handling currency.
• Constantly bending and lifting up to 15 pounds of merchandise; occasionally up to 25 pounds; and seldom up to 50 pounds.
• Move up to 75 pounds occasionally.
• Possess the dexterity to work with a wide range of chemicals found in things like household cleaners, packaging materials, fresh fruits and vegetables, houseplants, and cut flowers.
• Possess adequate eyesight to view the RF unit’s screen as well as papers such as ID cards, checks, and invoices.
