Job Responsibilities and Overview:

As a worker, you will have to do and be responsible for the following:

• One of its primary purposes is to fix broken machinery and buildings in a hurry. Fixes problems in
• the building’s machinery, wiring, plumbing, and hydraulics.
• Maintains equipment, does routine maintenance using hand tools and power tools, and works on engineering projects.
• Takes care to keep necessary records.
• Retrieves materials from manufacturers.
• Work orders, PM sheets, and weekly allocation sheets are all things that need to be completed.
• Modifies existing PLC software.
• Adjust machinery as needed.
• Manuals, schematics, drawings, etc. are only some of the types of papers that need to be kept up-to-date.
• Maintains electrical systems per ESA specifications.
• Makes fine adjustments (where necessary).
• Serves as the site’s SME (Subject Matter Expert).
• Reports unsafe conditions and helps keep the workplace safe.
• Performs shift work on a rotational basis and is expected to work during scheduled maintenance downtime.
