Salary Driver Check-in Associate job:

• USD 15-25 per hour

Job Responsibilities and Overview:

• Drivers who have finished their routes should check in to make sure that all business property, including pallets, totes and invoices, has been returned and that all clients who should have signed for their deliveries really did so.
• Find any overdue payments and report them to Credit Services.
• Make sure that all food safety procedures followed, and if there any problems, communicate with the Food Safety department.
• Make sure the invoice and/or delivery exception report reflect any problems that arose during shipment.
• Check returned items to see if they are suitable for restocking or if the customer really does get a credit.
• Code damaged or inferior items with the appropriate damage code and write the code on the damaged case; determine and change as necessary the relevant reason code on invoice to ensure efficient processing.
• Count the returned items to make sure they match the numbers on the return sheet and the invoices, and set aside all products for return processing.
• In order to quickly re-enter the goods into inventory, please note any excess on the return form after the “available stock/warehouse location” report
