Salary Dishwasher/Prep Cook job:

• USD 20-30 per hour

Job Responsibilities and Overview:

• sterilizes and restocks all tableware (including plates, pans, silverware, and glasses).
• Responsible for sweeping and washing the floor, as well as keeping the dry storage and walk-in fridge clean.
• Cleans out the kitchen trash cans and deposits trash in the appropriate containers.
• Daily duties include disinfecting all work areas, including dry storage, walk-in shelves, steam tables, hoods, and the exhaust system.
• puts dishes and other items away in their designated cupboards.
• Uses precautions in all aspects of employment.
• Responsible for final kitchen and dishwashing cleaning after business hours.
• Accomplishes any additional tasks assigned.
• There is no needed level of experience for the Steward position, although training will be provided.
• Certification from ServSafe is recommended.
• Consistently showing up to class.
