This position is responsible for keeping all workplaces neat and tidy by following the established cleaning and sanitation protocols. Experience in doing the dishes is a plus.

Job responsibilities and duties:

As a worker, you will have to do and be responsible for the following:

• All the dishes, glasses, platters, baskets, cutlery, cookware, cutlery, Thermoses, etc., need to be washed.
• The kitchen floor and the walk-in refrigerators need to be cleaned.
• General kitchen cleaning and contributing to a clean and sanitary kitchen in accordance with Provincial guidelines.
• informing the Executive Chef, Sous-chef, or Head Chef of any problems with the dishwashing or cleaning equipment.
• elementary food prepping, including peeling, chopping, and transforming uncooked produce.
• Taking pride in the results of their labor.
• Keeping one’s professionalism and manners in check at all times.
• Always have a cheery demeanor that encourages cooperation among diners.
• Does other work assigned by the Sous Chef and the Chef de Cuisine?
