Job Responsibilities

• Maintain the company’s daily standards of excellence in-store operations by carefully managing the three pillars of store operations:
• Auditing, training, and support
• Conduct research and collaborate with the Regional.
• Operations Management team to enhance store policies, procedures, and systems.
• Perform audit trend analysis and apply it to the improvement of current Standard Operating Procedures.

Eligibility Criteria

• A bachelor’s degree or comparable work experience;
• Five or more years of experience in multi-store retail operations;
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Access; Strong verbal and written communication skills;
• Excellent financial and analytical skills.
