In North America, Rush Enterprises operates the largest network of commercial vehicle dealerships, of which Rush Truck Centres of Canada is a component. Parts, sales, service, collision repair, leasing, and rental services are all available for the many truck and trailer brands that we represent. With 15 dealerships across Ontario and nearly 600 workers, we are always looking for talented and dedicated individuals to join our team. The Parts Driver’s job is to transport parts to and from the dealership’s suppliers and customers.

Job responsibilities and duties:

As a worker, you will have to do and be responsible for the following:

• Responsible for enforcing adherence to the Company’s Health and Safety Policy and all
• Occupational Health and Safety Act (OHSA) laws.
• Collect and deliver components to retailers, distributors, and manufacturers.
• You should call beforehand to arrange for any last-minute deliveries or pick-ups.
• Help retrieve customer orders as needed.
• Make sure that each pickup’s invoice exactly matches the order placed.
• Each shipment’s invoice was accompanied by a cheque payment.
• Maintain an up-to-date record of all pickups and deliveries. Get a signature from the recipient on the delivery log.
• Every evening, unload the vehicle. Please return any paperwork and unshipped items.
• Assist in receiving and posting orders in order to speed up shipping to repair professionals and retail clients.
• Education equivalent to a high school diploma or GED is required.
• Have worked in customer service and delivery for a minimum of three months.

• Must hold a valid driving licence and have a driving record that satisfies the company’s insurability requirements.
