Job Roles and Responsibilities

• You will take inbound calls from customers, resolve their issues, and assist with product knowledge, reservation, and rental assistance in this position.
• To develop an acceptable response to the customer’s concern, the company might need to collaborate with other team members.
• In addition, customer service representatives are expected to provide existing customers with additional products and services and offer product suggestions.

• Candidate must have a strong internet connection.
• Must have an ample amount of knowledge about the geography of the USA.
