Job Roles and Responsibilities

• As a Customer Service Representative, you ensure that the providers (such as hospitals, clinics, doctors, etc.) can offer the members services.
• Providers frequently have questions that they are unable to answer on their own, and you assist in answering those questions by providing education, information, and answers.
• You will be doing a lot of different things, like managing calls that come in and out, researching the status of claims, and looking into requests.
