Job Responsibilities and Overview:

• Adheres to all Owens Corning security guidelines.
• Run the Baggers, which involve placing poly bags over a snout and then guiding them onto a conveyer once they are full.
• Help with the snout equipment’s installation and fine-tuning. Move the item to the next station after inspection and disposal.
• Workers are responsible for taking products off-line and stacking them if they are deemed to be of poor quality.
• Labels, measurements, seals, and packaging should not have any blemishes, such as smudges or tears.
• Maintains a steady stream of rolls on the conveyor systems by inspecting and separating them during belt roll-up.
• When there is a halt in the flow of products, they must be stacked.
• Before loading rolls or bats onto the infeed conveyor, the Crew Person in the Reconditioning section removes any remaining packing material and/or facing material.
• As needed, she labels things with relevant information.
• Product repackaging as needed.
• removes components from assembly lines.
• Maintains the necessary records, including those pertaining to scrap and production.
• Keeps all work areas clean and organized, adhering to Owens Corning’s stringent safety standards. Maintains a tidy and clean work environment in the spaces given to you.
• Carries out any additional tasks that are in keeping with the job description that may be assigned.
