Job responsibilities and duties:

As a worker, you will have to do and be responsible for the following:

• Performs duties to satisfy Client/Tenant needs and notifies Team Leader of any cleaning shortcomings to be addressed in future iterations of the cleaning schedule
• Washing, dusting, emptying litter and recycling bins, running cleaning equipment, changing light bulbs, and shoveling snow are all important tasks.
• Performs after-hours security duties, including locking doors, closing windows, switching on and off lights, and resetting security systems at specified locations.
• maintains environmental, health, safety, and fire protection compliance with all applicable corporate and statutory policies, procedures, practices, and requirements
• Represents BGIS in efforts to increase contentment among tenants and customers and preserve cordial ties to both
• Potential for rotating shifts, on-call duty, and emergency response duty.
