The Residential Team in Grande Prairie, AB is currently seeking a full-time Cleaner to join their efforts.

You will report to the Maintenance Supervisor and play a key role in ensuring that our buildings reflect ownership pride and resident respect while providing exceptional customer service.

Salary for Cleaner:

• CAD 20-30 per hour

Job Responsibilities and Overview:

• Maintenance of public spaces, guest rooms, and empty and newly refurbished apartments
• Among the many tasks that make up cleaning are:
• Cleaning with dustpans, vacuums, and steam Rugs, Carpets, and Carpeting
• Cleaning and sanitizing kitchen and bathroom equipment Changing linens
• Cleaning the ceiling, walls, and windows
• Cabinet and drawer cleaning
• Keeping the area clear of litter and rubbish
• Clearing of snow from sidewalks and communal spaces, as necessary.
• Carpets could be cleaned with chemical solutions or industrial cleaners.
• Be a part of a scheduled on-call shift
• Performs other building maintenance duties as required.

Qualification/ About the Applicant

• Someone who can get things done on their own and takes pride in their work, with a history of working in unclean conditions.
• Superior abilities in interacting with clients
• Capable of using industrial strong cleansers, carrying equipment and supplies up and down stairs, and lifting 30 pounds
• Possessing one’s own vehicle and driver’s license
• in a position to produce a clean criminal record check
• willing to put in extra time or be on call if necessary
