Job Responsibilities and Overview:

• Meets and greets each customer with a smile and a cordial greeting.
• Second, it promptly and accurately processes all purchase transactions, including the deactivation of products related to the EAS Program.
• Third, advertises the sponsoring organization’s programs (such as a credit card service, product warranty, or philanthropic drive).
• Helps customers by bagging their purchases and loading their cars.
• Observes all necessary safety precautions, such as using the correct lifting techniques and maintaining a tidy workplace.
• Handles cash with care, follows all corporate standards, and is aware of their surroundings to ensure the security of the registers at all times.
• When necessary, a Customer Service Manager is referred to for assistance with service and transactional issues.
