This is an exciting chance to join a brand-new team responsible for driving Continuous Improvement across all of our global courier operations and support teams. The successful candidate will work throughout the whole delivery network in five countries, identifying quality and operational efficiency improvement opportunities and standardizing procedures through the deployment of Lean and other CI approaches.

Faster resolution times for courier issues, fewer calls to the courier operations teams, and a culture of continuous improvement are all ways in which this position will make an impact. You have a natural tendency toward a data-driven mindset and a deep interest in the lean principles that underpin them. You are an excellent executor because you can set priorities for getting things done while keeping in mind the most important considerations in our fast-paced, competitive setting.

Job Responsibilities and Overview:

  • Create and implement strategies to enhance the courier experience and courier assistance, measuring and monitoring their effects on couriers and staff members on an ongoing basis.
  • Make a positive difference in the lives of our couriers, customers, and restaurant partners in every market we serve.
  • Opportunity areas should be analyzed, quantified, and articulated, and a test-and-learn culture should be implemented for new projects to swiftly develop cross-market scalability.
  • Adapt to local circumstances while maintaining a global perspective and alignment.
  • Collaborate closely with important parties, such as our markets and other worldwide functions, to guarantee adherence to all applicable laws and standards.
  • Collaborate with the Quality Assurance and Training group to plan, execute, and track the effects of process improvements on the business.
  • Make your plans and proposals crystal clear to stakeholders like Delco’s upper management.

Qualification/ About the Applicant

  • Track record of successfully implementing measurable changes in business operations
  • Expertise in leading cultural shifts and implementing lean/continuous improvement concepts
  • Skilled at conducting business research and putting together projects
  • Ability to think independently and creatively, as well as a hunger for new experiences and challenges.

  • Able to delegate complex tasks to various departments and coworkers, with exceptional stakeholder management abilities.
  • The ability to successfully convey ideas and results to influential others is essential.
