The Warehouse Operative is largely accountable for the efficient and effective operation of logistical processes on a daily basis. All incoming and outgoing shipments must be counted and recorded, and inventory must be received and accounted for. The Warehouse Operative will be an integral part of EOS’s expanding team, helping to ensure that our suppliers and customers receive the highest quality service possible.

Job Responsibilities and Overview:

• Facilitating the efficient and effective functioning of Logistics in day-to-day operations.
• Counting, kitting, picking, packaging, shrink-wrapping, labeling, and palletizing goods; loading and unloading trucks.
• Help groups adjust to internal shifts and alterations.
• Processing and handling all incoming deliveries of machinery.
• Individuals in this role are accountable for the receiving, storage, and distributing of goods, materials, components, supplies, and equipment.
• Organizing materials and products into bins or on shelves in a specific order, such as by size, category, design, hue, or product code.
• Checks inventory levels and makes sure everything is where it needs to be.
• Carries out a variety of supplementary tasks as required.

Qualification/ About the Applicant

• Proven ability to follow through on tasks, as well as good organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• In a position to excel whether working alone or with others.
• Competence in basic warehouse safety and operations procedures.
• Think critically and methodically to aid in task management and completion.
• Think outside the box, have initiative, learn on your own time, and ask lots of questions.
• Superior communication and teamwork abilities, especially within a multidisciplinary setting.
• Capacity to focus intently on minor details.
• Capable of carrying and lifting big objects.
• Prior experience in a Warehouse or related setting is preferred.
• CB/Aisle Master Forklift Certification is Preferred.
• Be familiar with managing stockpiles
