Salary Kitchen Assistant job:

• GBP 10-15 per hour

Job Responsibilities and Overview:

• Helping the chef and the development team with tasks like measuring ingredients, creating test samples, and printing out labels and templates. Coordinating sample deliveries with shipping companies also.
• Purchase ingredients/products as needed by the Chef and NPD team to facilitate research, customer visits, and benchmarking.
• Label all raw materials, products, and ingredients, store them in accordance with Best Practice, and rotate stock as needed.
• Keep the walk-in refrigerator, freezer, and all other refrigerators and freezers spotless and well-organized. The NPD team should help empty the walk-in fridge once a week, coordinating with other teams as needed.
• The successful candidate will have solid PC proficiency.
