Job Responsibilities and Overview:

• Determine nursing care needs, diagnose health issues, and document patient progress.
• Take care of persons with chronic illnesses with ease and assurance.
• Provide complicated service users with assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation of interventions and treatments.
• Determine the needs of service users, provide appropriate diagnoses, and oversee their treatment plans.
• Help patients in complex, urgent, or emergency situations by prioritizing health issues and taking appropriate action, such as initiating effective emergency care.
• Recognize one’s own skill set and work within it.
• Document all consultations and interactions with service users in a way that complies with applicable law, policy, and procedure.
• Provide consistent management and direction to support staff.
• Self-improvement that enhances one’s performance in the role.

Qualification/ About the Applicant

• Show proof of a current NMC Pin
• The option to work shifts or rotate schedules.
• Possess legal permission to work in the UK
• Two Years of Experience with a BSN or Diploma
