Job Responsibilities and Overview:

• Facilitate the smooth flow of inventory in and out of the business to meet the demands of online orders by working closely with your team.
• Inspire, train, and encourage staff to consistently fulfill performance goals and deadlines while delivering on our promise to customers.
• Implement a variety of logistical systems to move merchandise around the store and guarantee that it remains in pristine condition for customers at all times.
• Drive the highest stockroom and operational standards to ensure the smooth functioning of processes and detect and resolve any issues that may arise.
• Assist the Store Management Team in satisfying customers by taking on a variety of tasks in the front, back, and management of the store.
