Salary for Site Facilities Officer job:

  • GBP 15-25 per hour

Job Responsibilities and Overview:

  • helping the Facilities Management Team guarantee that all laws and obligations relating to HDC’s corporate buildings (legionella, asbestos, fire safety)
  • ensuring that regular health and safety inspections are performed at HDC’s corporate facilities, including fire alarm testing, legionella flushing testing, emergency light testing, and site safety/security inspections.
  • maintaining the wellbeing and safety of the consumers and employees inside the corporate grounds
  • ensuring that all areas of Pathfinder House are kept secure and safe when not in use, as well as being in charge of the facility’s opening and closing.
  • ensuring that Pathfinder House is kept to a high standard of cleanliness and providing assistance as needed with the removal of trash
  • addressing minor maintenance and repair issues within the corporate grounds as needed
  • keeping up a high standard of customer service at all times when interacting with the general public and the staff
  • being in charge of preparing meeting spaces and community events at Pathfinder House
  • provide first aid as needed while working a shift.
