School Cleaner job in the UK. Looking for a position as a School Cleaner job in the UK? ACORN EDUCATION AND CARE offers GBP 10-15 hourly for the School Cleaner position. We have an immediate opening on our site staff team for a cleaner who is both committed and energetic, and we are eager to fill this position as soon as feasible. The individual who fills this position will be responsible for ensuring that Oak Tree School is a well-maintained and safe environment for staff, students, and visitors, which greatly contributes to the overall quality of the educational experience for all kids. The chosen applicants will be expected to perform general cleaning and laundry tasks, such as sweeping, vacuuming, and cleaning the bathrooms.

During the school year, employees will be expected to work 25 hours per week. Monday through Friday, from 2:00 pm to 7:00 pm. In addition, employees will be required to work roughly 73 hours per year or three weeks’ worth of time. During the school break periods for the purpose of performing more in-depth cleaning.

Job responsibilities and duties:

As a worker, you will have to do and be responsible for the following:

• You will also be expected to participate in necessary training that is in keeping with the policies and procedures of our school (the specifics of this training will be communicated to you in advance by our Headteacher). The terms of the contract will be drawn up so that they are permanent and will include a probationary period of six months.
